We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items provided that:

Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 50 days of delivery.
Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping
Approved returns are sent by mail.
Return shipping costs are covered by us where a return label is provided. If a label is not provided, customers may be responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock levels at the time of processing.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within up to 16 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Currency and Payment Notes
All refunds are issued in GBP.
If your original payment was made in another currency, exchange rates or additional fees applied by your payment provider are outside our control.
